Indie DB.

There is a new place to see all the news about indies and support them: INDIE DB. Waiting for Desura, this will give us a piece of Indie paradise...
The site offers all the community features of ModDB allowing a great space for users and developers to follow a projects progress. It differs slightly to Mod-DB sporting a thinner layout and faster load times.

ModDB already supported various independent developments, especially with their annual awards which included an Indie section from 2006. For those of you that are already hosting projects on ModDb fear not the transition seems to be automatic and if it isn't you can contact the guys.

I've lost many an hour scouring ModDB, only to waste more time digging up old game discs when stumbling upon a gem and the indie version is already set to ensure that any serious plans I had over the summer are in jeopardy!

There has definitely been an upsurge in the coverage of the Indie dev's and it's great to see someone with enough clout to help promote all that hard work across a wide audience.

Just remember to visit your indie sites alphabetically.

So... http://www.indiedb.com/
